Sunday’s fixture between Chelsea and Liverpool at Stamford Bridge has been postponed, the Premier League have confirmed.
The Blues have been set to welcome Jurgen Klopp’s Reds to London on Sunday afternoon however that game will now no longer take place.
Seven Premier League fixtures will resume this weekend, after a pause to the season as a mark of admire following the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
However three games, which includes Chelsea v Liverpool, won’t be performed this weekend. The Premier League announcement explains that following large session with clubs, police, local Safety Advisory Groups and different relevant authorities, there used to be no choice but to delay the three fixtures of this round of match.
