European Union phase out of fossil fuel cars unreasonable – Italy Prime Minister

The European Union’s choice to successfully ban the sale of new petrol and diesel automobiles from 2035 is unreasonable and hurts Italy’s monetary interests, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni stated on Thursday.

“No, I don’t reflect onconsideration on it reasonable, I consider it deeply unfavorable to our manufacturing sector,” Meloni stated in an end-of-year press conference, including she would “forcefully” make her views regarded on the issue.
